We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for spring and summer weekends, though last-minute availability is sometimes possible.

Yes. Indy Blast LLC is fully insured with commercial general liability insurance for mobile entertainment. We can provide a W-9 and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your school, organization, or venue as additionally insured, on request.

Yes — we regularly work with school treasurers, PTO boards, and corporate or community organizations, and accept POs.

Light rain usually isn't a problem. For heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we'll work with you to reschedule or move the event indoors when possible. For Foam Parties specifically, we offer a Weather Guarantee: you can make a go/no-go call by 9am the morning of your event if the forecast shows severe weather.

Laser Tag and Nerf can be set up indoors or outdoors — gyms, cafeterias, backyards, parks, and more. Gel Blaster and Foam Party are outdoor-only.

It depends on the activity — Nerf and Foam Party tend to suit younger kids, while Laser Tag and Gel Blaster work well from about age 5 through teens and adults. See each activity's page for specifics.
