Indy Blast provides mobile laser tag birthday parties, Nerf battles, gel blaster games, and foam parties throughout Central Indiana. If you are attending an Indy Blast event, please complete the waiver below before participating.

All participants must have a signed waiver before taking part in any Indy Blast event. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of any participant under 18 years old. If a parent signed a waiver for their child, they are NOT required to complete a separate waiver for themselves. Prior to the event please fill out our online waiver from any phone or computer by clicking the ONLINE WAIVER button below.
