Waivers
SMALL GROUP EVENTS
This is for small group events such as a kids birthday party, where you will have less than 20 participants.
Step 1: Download the Individual Waiver pdf and send to each participant/parent to print and manually fill out and sign.
Step 2: Print out additional blank Individual Waivers to have on hand at event day in case any participant/parents forget to bring their signed copies!
Parents must sign on behalf of any participant under 18 years of age. If parents plan to participate, they must sign a waiver as well. All participants must have a signed waiver prior to participating!
lARGE GROUP EVENTS
This is for large group events such as school, church, or large neighborhood functions.
Step 1: Download the Roster Waiver pdf and print copies for each participant group. Make sure the participants/parents have signed waiver by time of event.
Parents must sign on behalf of any participant under 18 years of age. If parents plan to participate, they must sign a waiver as well. All participants must have a signed waiver prior to participating!
